尺骨管Ulnar canal(Canalis ulnaris)

Guyon, loge de尺骨管【しゃくこつ(しゃっこつ)かん】 Canal between the pisiform and the hook of hamate. Its floor is formed by the pisohamate and pisometacarpal ligaments, along with the flexor retinaculum, and its roof by the palmar ulnocarpal ligament, portions of the forearm fascia, connective-tissue fibers from the flexor carpi ulnaris muscle, and the palmaris brevis muscle. It transmits the ulnar artery and nerve.(手関節掌側で豆状骨の橈側に接して短掌筋の舌を通り手掌にでる部分。)
