小坐骨孔Lesser sciatic foramen(Foramen ischiadicum minus)

小坐骨孔【しょうざこつこう】 Foramen that is formed by the lesser sciatic notch, the sacrospinous ligament, and the sacrotuberous ligament. The obturator intemus muscle passes from the pelvis through the foramen, which also transmits the internal pudendal artery and vein as well as the pudendal nerve medially to the ischioanal fossa.(小坐骨切痕と仙結節靱帯、仙棘靱帯とによってつくられる小孔で、内閉鎖筋の腱が通るほか、梨状筋下孔から会陰に達する内陰部動静脈と陰部神経の通路となる。)
