内側膝蓋支帯；脛側膝蓋支帯Medial patellar retinaculum(Retinaculum patellae mediale)

内側膝蓋支帯；脛側膝蓋支帯【ないそくしつがいしたい；けいそくしつがいしたい】 Aponeurosis that is derived from a portion of the vastus medialis muscle lying medial to the patella. It inserts medially to the tibial tuberosity, ensures proper patellar tracking by means of muscular contraction, and functions as a back-up extensor mechanism.(膝蓋骨および膝蓋靱帯の両側には、内・外側広筋につづく腱膜がその表面を被う大腿後筋膜と合して作る膜状に拡がった強い縦走線維束が関節包を補強する。これが内側膝蓋支帯および外側膝蓋支帯と呼ばれるものである。)
