外側膝蓋支帯；腓側膝蓋支帯Lateral patellar retinaculum(Retinaculum patellae laterale; Retinaculum patellae fibulare)

外側膝蓋支帯；腓側膝蓋支帯【がいそくしつがいしたい；ひそくしつがいしたい】 Aponeurosis that is derived from portions of the vastus lateralis and rectus femoris muscles as well as fibers from the iliotibial tract. It is situated on the lateral side of the patella and inserts lateral to the tibial tuberosity. See 16 for function.(膝蓋骨および膝蓋靱帯の両側には、内・外側広筋につづく腱膜がその表面を被う大腿後筋膜と合して作る膜状に拡がった強い縦走線維束が関節包を補強する。これが内側膝蓋支帯および外側膝蓋支帯と呼ばれるものである。)
