膝蓋下脂肪体；膝脂肪体【しつがいかしぼうたい；しつしぼうたい】 Wedge-shaped mass of adipose tissue that is situated in front of the articular cavity. It includes the alar folds and the infrapatellar synovial fold.(膝蓋下脂肪体は膝蓋骨の下で、膝蓋靱帯の内面を底とする滑膜に被われた大きな脂肪体で、前顆間区の上に拡がる。膝関節包の前面は硬く、関節の運動によって変形しないが、この脂肪体が骨の間に入って死腔をうずめる。)
