後脛距部；後脛距靱帯（三角靱帯の）【こうけいきょぶ；こうけいきょじんたい（さんかくじんたいの）】 Posterior fibers extending from the medial malleolus and nearly reaching the posterior process of the talus.(三角靱帯の後脛距部は内側靱帯のもっとも後の部で、もっとも深層にあり、距骨内側面の後部、後突起の内側結節につく。)
