眼窩部（眼輪筋の）Orbital part of orbicularis oculi(Pars orbitalis (Musculus orbicularis oculi))

眼窩部（眼輪筋の）【がんかぶ（がんりんきんの）】 Portion of the muscle arising from the medial palpebral ligament, the frontal process of the maxilla, and the nasal part of the frontal bone, encircling the eye.(起始と走行と停止：眼瞼内にあり、上瞼部および下瞼部ともに前涙嚢稜と内眼角とを連ねる内側眼瞼靱帯と付近の骨部から起こり、外眼角の外側で縫線を介して上下が連絡する。神経支配：顔面神経（側頭枝と頬骨枝）。作用：参考：眼窩部は眼瞼部にくらべて色が暗く筋線維束も太い。周辺部の筋束は疎で、また周囲に放散するので、周辺の輪郭は不明瞭である。)
