上頭（外側翼突筋の）Upper head of lateral pterygoid; Superior head of lateral pterygoid(Caput superius musculus pterygoidea lateralis)

上頭（外側翼突筋の）【じょうとう（がいそくよくとつきんの）】 o:Inferior surface of greater wing of sphenoid, i: Frontal aspect of disco-capsular system or occasionally onto the surface of the bone medial to the pterygoid fovea. Determines repositioning speed of the disco-capsular system.(外側翼突筋の上頭は側頭下稜より起こり、関節円板および関節包に付着する。)
