下頭（外側翼突筋の）【かとう（がいそくよくとつきんの）】 o:Lateral plate of pterygoid process, i: Pterygoid fovea. Variant: Also into the disco-capsular system. Acts in mouth opening.(外側翼突筋の下頭は蝶形骨の翼状突起外側板に起こり、下顎骨関節突起（翼突筋窩に）に付着する。)
