頬咽頭筋膜；咽頭頬筋筋膜Buccopharyngeal fascia(Fascia buccopharyngea; Fascia pharyngobucinatoria)

頬咽頭筋膜；咽頭頬筋筋膜【きょういんとうきんまく；いんとうきょうきんきんまく】 Fascia that covers the buccinator muscle and passes over the pterygomandibular raphe to the constrictor muscles of the pharynx as a loose sheath of connective tissue connecting the pharynx with the deep cervical fascia.(頬筋筋膜として頬筋を被い、後方は翼突下顎縫線を経て咽頭壁を包む筋膜につづく。頬筋の外側に頬脂肪体があり、とくに幼者、婦人、肥満者に発達している。翼突下顎縫線は蝶形骨の翼突鈎から起こって下顎骨の頬筋稜後端にいたる靱帯ようの結合組織で、これれから前方へ頬筋、後方へ上咽頭収縮筋の頬咽頭部が起こる。)
