下行部；上部（僧帽筋の）Descending part of trapezius; Superior part of trapezius(Pars descendens musculus trapezii)

下行部；上部（僧帽筋の）【かこうぶ；じょうぶ（そうぼうきんの）】 o:Highest nuchal line, external occipital protuberance, nuchal ligament, i: Usually the lateral onethird of the clavicle. It acts against downward pull and rotates and adducts the scapula. Rotation of the head with fixed scapula.(僧帽筋下行部は上項線、外側後頭隆起および項靱帯から起こり、鎖骨の外側に終わる。上行部、下行部は肩甲骨を回旋し、下角を外側に振り、肩甲骨の関節窩を外側上方へ向ける（腕を水平より上へ上げる際、この筋の作用が必要）。下行部は肩甲骨を上方と、少し内側方へ引き、それにより外側核を内側上方へ回旋して、腕が下方へ引っ張られるのを防ぐ。上肢帯を固定するとき、下行部は頭と脊柱頚部を反対側へ回旋する。両側収縮すると、脊柱頚部を伸展する。)
