項筋膜Nuchal fascia(Fascia nuchae)

項筋膜【こうきんまく】 Continuation of the posterior layer of thoracolumbar fascia to cranial. It ensheathes the splenius and semispinalis capitis muscles. Laterally it blends into the superficial layer of cervical fascia and anteriorly into the prevertebral layer. It is connected medially with the nuchal ligament.(頚部の固有背筋をおおう比較的弱い筋膜で、前外側の頚筋膜前葉ともに、頚椎とその頚傍筋を包む筋膜輪を形成する。上方は後頭骨、内側は項靱帯、下方は腰椎筋膜につづく。)
