大動脈裂孔Aortic hiatus(Hiatus aorticus)

大動脈裂孔【だいどうみゃくれっこう】 Passageway between the right and left crura of the lumbar part of the diaphragm for the aorta and thoracic duct.(大動脈裂孔は第１２胸椎の椎体の前で、横隔膜の腰椎部の左脚と右脚との間にある裂孔で、胸大動脈のほか、それにまつわる交感神経叢（大動脈神経叢）と、奇静脈、胸管が通る。)
