陰茎ワナ靱帯；陰茎係蹄靱帯【いんけいわなじんたい】 Extension of the membranous layer that forms an elastic band encircling the root of the penis.(浅腹筋膜の正中か端部が靱帯化したもので、恥骨結合の上方の白線前面からおこり、２脚に分かれて陰茎海綿体を含んだのち、陰嚢に放散する。弾性線維を多く含む。)
