骨盤隔膜Pelvic diaphragm; Pelvic floor(Diaphragma pelvis)

骨盤隔膜【こつばんかくまく】 Funnel-shaped sheet of muscle consisting of the levator ani and coccygeus muscles and covered above and below by fascia, i.e., the superior and inferior fascia of pelvic diaphragm. With the exception of an anterior triangular gap, this sheet of muscle forms the pelvic floor.(骨盤隔膜は骨盤下底を漏斗状に閉鎖する。その先端を直腸が貫き、主に肛門挙筋、尾骨筋、筋膜から成る。前方は、左右の恥骨と坐骨との間において、尿生殖隔膜に連続する。)
