示指伸筋；固有示指伸筋【しじしんきん】 o: Posterior surface of ulna. i: Dorsal aponeurosis of index finger. Extends the index finger, dorsiflexion of the hand. I: Radial nerve.(示指伸筋は深層の伸筋群のさらに遠位内側に位置している。筋は尺骨（背側筋膜の遠心側１／３）のみから起こる。この腱は［総］指伸筋の腱とともに第４腱区画を通過し、示指の指背腱膜に付く。)
