大腿の前区画；大腿の伸筋区画Anterior compartment of thigh; Extensor compartment of thigh(Compartimentum femoris anterius; Compartimentum femoris extensorum)

大腿の前区画；大腿の伸筋区画【だいたいのしんきんくかく；だいたいのしんきんくかく】 Compartment located anterior and lateral to the femur. It is bounded by the fascia lata, lateral femoral intermuscular septum, femur, and medial femoral intermuscular septum.(大腿の伸筋は主として脛骨について、下腿をのばす。大腿神経支配。第１層に縫工筋、第２層に大腿四頭筋（大腿直筋、外側広筋、中間広筋、内側広筋）、膝関節筋で大腿神経を受ける。)
