大腿の後区画；大腿の屈筋区画Posterior compartment of thigh; Flexor compartment of thigh(Compartimentum femoris posterius; Compartimentum femoris flexorum)

大腿の後区画；大腿の屈筋区画【だいたいのこうくかく；だいたいのくっきんくかく】 Compartment located on the posterolateral aspect of the thigh posterior to the lateral femoral intermuscular septum; it is bounded laterally by the fascia lata and posteromedially by the adductor compartment of the thigh. It is connected superiorly with the connective-tissue structures of the lesser pelvis via the greater sciatic foramen and inferiorly with the connective tissue of the popliteal fossa.(大腿の屈筋は下腿骨について下腿をまげる。坐骨神経支配。この筋群は下腿を屈曲する主力筋であるが、大腿を伸展する作用も重要である。大腿二頭筋短頭（腓骨神経部）、大腿二頭筋張長頭、半腱様筋（脛骨神経部）で坐骨神経の枝を受ける。)
