浅部；腓腹筋部；三頭筋部（下腿の後区分の）【せんぶ；ひふくきんぶ；さんとうきんぶ（かたいのこうくぶんの）】 Part of the posterior compartment containing the superficial flexors, i.e., the gastrocnemius and the soleus muscles.(下腿の後区画の浅部は下腿後で腓腹筋とヒラメ筋が占めている部分で、深部とは横筋間中隔でへだてられている。)
