下腿の後区画；下腿の屈筋区画【かたいのこうくかく；かたいのくっきんくかく】 It is bounded by the deep fascia of the leg, tibia, interosseous membrane of the leg, fibula, and posterior intermuscular septum of the leg.(下腿の屈筋は主として足の底屈と趾の底屈を行う。脛骨神経支配。)
