下腿の前区画；下腿の伸筋区画【かたいのぜんくかく；かたいのしんきんくかく】 It is bounded by the deep fascia of the leg, tibia, interosseous membrane of the leg, fibula, and anterior intermuscular septum of the leg.(下腿の前区画は深筋膜で包まれた前方の伸筋区画で伸筋は足に至り、足と趾の背屈を行う。伸腓骨神経支配。すべて下体温下部と足背の近位部で上伸筋支帯とＹ字型の下伸筋支帯に支えられ、その下を腱鞘に包まれて通る。)
