足背筋膜；浅足背筋膜【そくはいきんまく】 Distal expansion of the deep fascia of the leg that extends over the dorsum of the foot and radiates into the dorsal aponeuroses of the toes.(足背筋膜（足の筋膜の浅葉）は下腿筋膜のつづきで伸筋の腱の上を被って足指の背面に至ると趾背腱膜に癒合して終わるが、近位部と外果の前下方では厚くなってそれぞれ下伸筋支帯と下腓骨筋支帯を作る。趾背部での皮膚との結合は手とほぼ同じである。)
