膝蓋上包；膝上嚢Suprapatellar bursa; Suprapatellar synovial bursa(Bursa suprapatellaris)

膝蓋上包；膝上嚢【しつがいじょうほう；しつじょうのう】 Bursa situated between the tendon of the quadriceps and the bone. It nearly always communicates with the articular cavity.(膝蓋上包は膝蓋個角上方で、大腿四頭筋の停止腱と大腿骨の下部前面との間にある滑液包で通常よく発達している。また膝関節腔との連絡もある。)
