後脛骨筋の腱鞘【こうけいこつきんのけんしょう】 Tendon sheath surrounding the tibialis posterior beneath the flexor retinaculum. It begins where it is crossed by the flexor digitorum longus.(後脛骨筋の腱鞘は屈筋支帯に被われて、後脛骨筋の腱の周囲をかこみ、さらに遠位側にのびる。)
