後束（口蓋咽頭筋の）；口蓋咽頭括約筋【こうそく（こうがいいんとうきんの）；こうがいいんとうかつやくきん】 The posterior portion extends circularly to the superior constrictor muscle of pharynx and its oblique Fibers pass inferiorly to the posterior wall of the pharynx, joining with fibers from the opposite side. It is involved in formation of [Passavant's ridge].(口蓋咽頭筋の後束は口蓋咽頭弓の細いほうの筋束で、正中で対側の筋が嵌入しているところから起こり、口蓋帆挙筋の後ろを通って縦走する咽頭筋群に合流する。一種の括約筋として働き口蓋咽頭弓の口峡狭部を締め付ける。)
