前束；前筋束（口蓋咽頭筋の）Anterior fascicle of palatopharyngeus(Fasciculus anterior Musculuspalatopharyngei)

前束；前筋束（口蓋咽頭筋の）【ぜんそく；ぜんきんそく（こうがいいんとうきんの）】 i: The anterior portion extends predominantly to the posterior border of the thyroid cartilage and underlies the palatopharyngeal arch.(口蓋咽頭筋の前束は口蓋咽頭弓の太い方の筋束で、口蓋帆挙筋と張筋の間の前方を通り硬口蓋後部と口蓋腱膜に付着するが、その間に少数の筋線維は正中線を越えて対側の筋に嵌入する。)
