頚部（食道の）【けいぶ（しょくどうの）】 Segment of the esophagus located in front of the cervical vertebral column (C6-T1).(食道の頚部は頚椎の前にある短い食道部分(第六頚椎－第一胸椎）で長さ５～６ｃｍ（全長の約１／５）で、輪状軟骨下縁から腕骨上縁までの高さで、椎骨の前にある。気管のすぐ後ろを下行する。食道と気管との間には反回神経が走り、食道の両側には総頚動脈・内頚動脈・迷走神経が走る。)
