右門裂Right portal fissure(Fissura portalis dextra)

右門裂【うもんれつ】 Fissure that corresponds to the projection of the right hepatic vein and its branches to the surface. It runs without any surface markings on the visceral side of the liver on the right side of the main portal fissure to the bare area, crossing frontally and coronally to the right, and descending at some distance along the right anterior margin of the liver. It demarcates a boundary between hepatic divisions.(右門裂はRight segmental fissure（右肝部を肝に流入するグリソン系脈管群の第２次分枝である前枝、後枝の支配領域の境界）とよばれ、直訳すると右区域裂となる。この右門裂に従ってそれぞれ前区域、後区域に区分することは、HealeyやCouinaudをはじめとして多くの研究者のほぼ一致した分類法である。そこで、主門裂とともに左右の右門列により肝を大きく４区域に分ける立場から見ると左肝部では鎌状間膜と肝円索が通る臍静脈窩および静脈間索が通る静脈間窩が内側区域と外側区域の境界である臍裂（左区域裂）にほぼ一致しており、肝表面における内側区域と外側区域との境界をしている。右肝部の前区域と後区域の境界は鋳型標本では、右門裂としてあきらかに区別できるが、肝表面には明らかな指標となるものがない。)
