右尾状葉胆管（肝臓の）【うびじょうようたんかん（かんぞうの）】 Branch that comes from the right half of the caudate lobe and usually passes to the right hepatic duct.(肝臓の右尾状葉胆管は尾状葉の右半部からきて、通常左肝管へ注ぐ枝。)
