左尾状葉胆管（肝臓の）【さびじょうようたんかん（かんぞうの）】 Branch that comes from the left half of the caudate lobe and usually passes to the left hepatic duct.(肝臓の左尾状葉胆管は尾状葉の左半部からきて、通常左肝管へ注ぐ枝。)
