気管軟骨Tracheal cartilages(Cartilagines tracheales)

気管軟骨【きかんなんこつ】 Horseshoe-shaped cartilages of the trachea that are open posteriorly.(気管の壁は１６～２０個の馬蹄形の気管軟骨が靱帯（輪状靱帯）で連ねられて出来る。壁の軟骨は、とくに吸息時に気管内腔を閉ざされないように保つ。平滑筋は気管の内腔を狭め、また過度の拡張を防ぐ。)
