前上葉枝（B3）；前区域気管支（B3）；前区域気管支（B3）（左肺の）【ぜんじょうようし(B3)；ぜんくいきかんし(B3)；ぜんくいききかんし(B3)（さはいの）】 It supplies the anterior segment of the superior lobe of left lung, which is anterior to the apical segment.(左肺の前上葉枝(B3)は左上葉の前上葉区(S3)へ向かう。前上葉枝(B3)は日本語としてよい語であるが、ここでは直訳も併記した。)
