上舌枝（B4）；上舌気管支（B4）【じょうぜつし(B4)；じょうぜつきかんし(B4)】 Bronchus supplying the second lowest segment of the superior lobe of left lung, which extends to the border of the inferior lobe.(上舌枝(B4)は後方では下葉と境界まで達する。左上葉のうち下から２番目の上舌区(S4)へ向かう。上舌枝(B4)は日本語としてよい語であるが、ここでは直訳も併記した。)
