外側中葉区（S4）；外側区（S4）（右肺、中葉の）【がいそくちゅうようく；がいそくく（S4）（うはい、ちゅうよう）】 Segment that consists of the dorsal part of the middle lobe and does not reach the hilum.(右肺の外側中葉区（S4）はよい名称であるが、ここでは直訳も採用した。)
