内側中葉区（S5）（右肺の）；右肺、中葉の内側区（S5）【ないそくちゅうようく（S5）（うはいの）；うはい、ちゅうようのないそくく（S5）】 Segment that forms the mediastinal and diaphragmatic surfaces of the middle lobe.(右肺の内側中葉区（S5）はよい名称であるが、ここでは直訳も採用した。)
