洞房結節枝；左冠状動脈の洞結節枝【さかんじょうどうみゃくのどうぼうけっせつし；さかんじょうどうみゃくのどうけっせつし】 Branch most frequently (45%) arising from the beginning of the left coronary artery and passing to the sinu-atrial node.(左冠状動脈の洞房結節枝は心臓の血管を前方からみたとき左冠状動脈起始から洞房結節へゆく枝で頻度が多い(45%)。)
