房室結節枝（左冠状動脈の）【ぼうしつけっせつし（さかんじょうどうみゃくの）】 Inconstant branch supplying the atrioventricular node.(左冠状動脈の房室結節枝は通常は房室結節には右冠状動脈がから起こるがまれに左冠状動脈からたまにみられる枝。)
