硬膜枝（後頭動脈の）【こうまくし（こうとうどうみゃくの）；こうこうとうこうまくどうみゃく】 Branch that is occasionally present, passing through the parietal foramen to the dura mater.(後頭動脈の硬膜枝は後頭動脈の多様な枝で頚静脈管・頭頂孔・顆管を通って後頭蓋窩の硬膜や骨、さらに第九～第十二神経の頭蓋内部分に分布する。)
