下行枝（後頭動脈の）【かこうし（こうとうどうみゃくの）】 Branch lying beneath the splenius capitis that supplies the neck muscles.(後頭動脈の下行枝は後頭動脈の後頭窩部分から起こり、後部頚筋や僧帽筋の頚部に分枝し、浅深頚動脈や椎骨動脈と吻合する。)
