蝶形骨部；水平部；M１区（中大脳動脈の）【ちょうけいこつぶ；すいへいぶ；Ｍ１く（ちゅうだいのうどうみゃくの）】 First segment of the artery that travels horizontally and nearly parallel to the lesser wing of the sphenoid. It turns at a right angle at the limen insulae to continue ascending as the insular part.(中大脳動脈の蝶形骨部は最初の部分。ほぼ蝶形骨小翼に平行に走る。 中大脳動脈のM1区と呼ばれている。)
