下終末枝；下皮質枝；M３区（中大脳動脈の）【かしゅうまつし；かひしつし；Ｍ３く（ちゅうだいのうどうみゃくの）】 Branches supplying the cortex of the temporal lobe.(中大脳動脈の下皮質枝は前側頭動脈、中側頭動脈、後側頭動脈、側頭後頭動脈、角回動脈などの総称でM3区域とも呼ばれる。)
