後内側中心動脈Posteromedial central arteries from posterior cerebral artery; Paramedian arteries(Arteriae centrales posteromediales)

後内側中心動脈【こうないそくちゅうしんどうみゃく】 Branches passing through the posterior perforated substance to the mammillary body, thalamus, lateral wall of the third ventricle, and the posterior part of the internal capsule.(後内側中心動脈は後大脳動脈および後交通動脈の交通前部（P1区）から出る数本の枝で、中脳の後内側部に分布する。脚間貫通枝ともいう。)
