後脊髄動脈Posterior spinal artery(Arteria spinalis posterior)

後脊髄動脈【こうせきずいどうみゃく】 Artery descending in front of and behind the posterior roots of spinal nerve. It anastomoses with the anterior spinal artery.(後脊髄動脈は薄束と薄束核、楔状束と楔状束核、下小脳脚の尾側部と背側部に分布する。もし後脊髄動脈が小さいか、または欠如するときには、この領域には後下小脳動脈が分布することが多い。)
