上腹壁動脈Superior epigastric artery(Arteria epigastrica superior)

上腹壁動脈【じょうふくへきどうみゃく】 Continuation of the internal thoracic artery after it enters the abdominal cavity between the sternal and costal parts of diaphragm (Larrey's cleft = sternocostal triangle).(上腹壁動脈は内胸動脈の内側終枝より起こり、腹部筋と皮膚、肝鎌状間膜に分布する。下腹壁動脈と吻合する。)
