三角筋枝（上腕深動脈の）Deltoid branch of profunda brachii artery(Ramus deltoideus arteria profundae brachii)

三角筋枝（上腕深動脈の）【さんかくきんし（じょうわんしんどうみゃくの）】 Branch running superolaterally behind the humerus, passing along its lateral aspect to the deltoid.(上腕深動脈の三角筋枝は上腕骨の後面で分岐して、三角筋の下半部分布する。多くの場合、後上腕回旋動脈の枝と吻合を有し、この吻合枝が強大になると、上腕深動脈と後上腕回旋動脈との間に代償関係が成立する。)
