前枝；掌側枝（尺側反回動脈の）；前尺側反回動脈【ぜんし（しゃくそくはんかいどうみゃくの）】 It extends in front of the medial epicondyle to the inferior collateral ulnar artery.(尺側反回動脈の前枝は上腕筋と円回内筋の間を上行して、上腕骨内側上顆の前面に出て、上および下尺側側副動脈吻合する。)
