後枝；背側枝（尺側反回動脈の）Posterior branch of ulnar recurrent artery(Ramus posterior; Ramus dorsalis)

後枝；背側枝（尺側反回動脈の）【こうし；はいそくし（しゃくそくはんかいどうみゃくの）】 It travels in the groove for the ulnar nerve to the superior ulnar collateral artery and cubital anastomosis.(尺側反回動脈の後枝は浅指屈筋と深指屈筋の間を上内方へ進み、上腕骨内側上顆のうしろを通り、尺側手根屈筋の２頭の間を経て、肘関節に分布するほか、上および下尺側側副動脈、反回骨間動脈と吻合する。内側上顆の後面を通る付近では、尺骨神経と伴行する。)
