上行枝（外側大腿回旋動脈の）Ascending branch of lateral circumflex femoral artery(Ramus ascendens arteria circumflexae femoris lateralis)

上行枝（外側大腿回旋動脈の）【じょうこうし（がいそくだいたいかいせんどうみゃくの）】 Branch ascending beneath the sartorius and rectus femoris and terminating beneath the tensor of fascia lata. It anastomoses with the medial circumflex femoral artery and gluteal arteries.(外側大腿回旋動脈の上行枝は大腿筋膜張筋の下を上外方へ走り、中臀筋の下で上臀動脈と吻合。)
