［右・左］気管支縦隔リンパ本幹【［う・さ］きかんしじゅうかくりんぱほんかん】 Lymphatic trunk that collects lymph from the heart, lung, and mediastinum. It empties on the left side into the thoracic duct and on the right side into the right lymphatic duct, or more commonly, directly into the subclavian vein.(心臓・肺臓・縦隔のリンパを集める。左は胸管に、右は右リンパ本幹にひらくが、直接鎖骨下静脈にひらくことも多い。 (Feneis))
