四丘体槽；大大脳静脈槽Quadrigeminal cistern; Cistern of great cerebral vein(Cisterna quadrigeminalis; Cisterna venae magnae cerebri)

四丘体槽；大大脳静脈槽【しきゅうたいそう；だいだいのうじょうみゃくそう】 Space spreading out between the splenium of corpus callosum, tectal plate, and superior medullary velum. It contains the great cerebral vein, quadrigeminal arteries, and pineal body.(大大脳静脈槽ともよばれる。四丘体槽は脳梁と視床の間で中脳被蓋のすぐ後方に位置するやや広がって伸び出たクモ膜下腔で、背側から外側にかけて取り巻いている大大脳静脈槽を、臨床では迂回槽cisterna ambiensと呼んでおり、重要なクモ膜下層である。その理由は、このクモ膜下層の中に、大大脳動脈(great vein of Galen)、後大脳動脈、上小脳動脈などが存在するからである。これらのクモ膜下層のほとんどは、核磁気共鳴画像撮影法(MRI)やCTによる画像で見ることができる。)
